When you use this page to purchase my book, you will be taken to a secure payment site operated by Paypal. (In some browsers, it may display the PDF file in a browser window instead. If that happens, open the File menu and select "Save as" to save the book on your computer.) If you're one of the unlucky few who doesn't see the book at all, please contact me directly and I'll send it to you by e-mail.
