A bibliography of my publications

Complete texts of almost all of my publications are now available:

• by subject
• by year: before 1995, 1995–1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008.

If you find my publications useful, I've provided a list of links to support charitable donations you can use to repay me for reading them. Donating to charity is entirely optional, but it's a nice thought and a good deed.
